1. Information we collect
When you create or use a member account, we may receive your name, email address, profile image, and an identifier from the sign-in method you choose. If you use Google sign-in, we request only the basic openid, email, and profile information needed to create and recognize your account. If you use Discord, we receive the comparable basic account information that you authorize.
Member features may store information you provide or that Love & Lorcana verifies, including your display name, favorite ink, saved products, giveaway history, break participation, rewards, badges, major pulls, card details, recorded values, and notes connected to a stream or break.
Our website and hosting providers may also process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages visited, approximate location, and performance or error data.
2. How we use information
We use information to authenticate members and keep them signed in, operate the member dashboard and My Pulls binder, administer verified rewards and giveaways, remember saved items, provide support, prevent misuse, troubleshoot the website, and understand how the site performs.
Google account information is used only to sign you in, identify your Love & Lorcana member account, and display the basic profile information you chose to share. We do not use Google account information for advertising, and we do not access your contacts, Google Drive, Gmail, calendar, or other Google content.
3. Service providers and sharing
We use service providers to run the website and member experience. These include Supabase for authentication and account data, Vercel for hosting and site analytics, and Google or Discord when you choose their sign-in option. Store purchases and checkout are handled separately through Squarespace and its payment providers.
We may share information with these providers only as needed to operate their services, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or investigate abuse. We do not sell or rent personal information.
4. Sessions, cookies, and local storage
We use browser storage and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember essential preferences, protect account sessions, and measure website performance. Signing out removes the active member session from that browser. Clearing browser data or using a private browsing mode may also end your session.
5. Retention and account choices
We keep account and activity records for as long as reasonably needed to provide member features, maintain accurate rewards and pull history, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect the community. Some verified transaction or security records may be retained after an account closes when required for those purposes.
You may ask to review, correct, or delete your Love & Lorcana account information by emailing jennab@loveandlorcana.com. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the account owner. You can also revoke Love & Lorcana’s Google access from your Google Account permissions.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect member information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a secure email account and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been misused.
7. Children’s privacy
The member account service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information may contact us to request its removal.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website and member features evolve. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date when changes are made.
